Does this model support the hardness of the bread dough mixing?
If you want to buy a beater, I do not buy it. Professional standards, found in kitchens around the world, is the KitchenAid K5 venerable. It is a beast of burden, the engine well adapted, and I still have not seen a break in the 15 + years in commercial kitchens. It is also very versatile, with a variety of accessories. They are a bit expensive but will last a very long time.

Kenwood vs KitchenAid mixer ... what is better?
I am thinking of buying a drummer (a major purchase to make a serious decline in the portfolio). I intend to use it very often. Reduced my choices to two brands that I love - Kenwood and KitchenAid - but do not know which brand is better, durability, ease of use, etc. can someone help me make a decision? (List reasons) Thanks in advance ^ _ ^
I used a KitchenAid mixer vessel friend tons of times, and I love it. I'm cooking school, and we Kenwood mixers September quarter, and things the devil is in the very good and we worked just fine. We also stand mixers KitchenAid Professional ... not sure the model number, but they are the type that raises the vessel from below, rather than moving whole head, and things are worthless. curve whips and party holds the cup is tilted too easily and, therefore, should keep the cup to hand under the mixer. The consensus among our leaders is that if you do not have a KitchenAid, Kenwood would. You have great taste. 
If you have intend to use it often, I have not heard of problems with the craftsman, and I personally would go with that. (My friend is buy one for Christmas ... just do not know yet!) Kenwood also tend to be slightly more expensive. It is also much easier find parts for KitchenAid mixers. You can never have too many bowls extras. Good luck with your choice!
