Good morning. How do I change a recipe that has been made in my kitchenaid stand mixer? I try not Tsoureka (Greek Easter bread). Thank you
You should not have to change the recipe anyway. If you have the dough then just put the dough hook attachment and read the instruction manual supplied with the console to tell you how long to knead and how fast.

Cuisinart or KitchenAid mixer?
I'm looking to buy a good drummer. I know KitchenAid is great, but someone has also been used Cuisinart's new? Has anyone good to make comparisons between the two? If I'm gonna change my love for Plunk down I get the best possible. Thank you! Eileen
My Kitchen Aid mixer with all the accessories, it was my mother when I was a child - am and fifties. still working much. The bowl and the mixer and other accessories, they always seem new. Half of the numbers on the dial does not appear because we went! "My mother help new kitchen is 1970s and is still like new. And we use our mixers often!

KitchenAid stand mixer worth the price?
According to the magazine Cook's Illustrated, the best stand mixer is not KitchenAid is the DeLonghi. I think it's about the same price as the top of the line KitchenAid. I have no space on the kitchen counter aid mixer, but I can cook time. I need a new blender. What do you think is better hand mixer ... Why?
Well, if you can not get the help of cooking (which really worth the sacrifice in space, if cooking a lot), I use a Black and Decker for small things! Incediable has the power and it works very well for all sizes of jobs. Personally, I could not live without my help, but cooking! Top Greetings!
