Good morning. How do I change a recipe that has been made in my kitchenaid stand mixer? I try not Tsoureka (Greek Easter bread). Thank you
You should not have to change the recipe anyway. If you have the dough then just put the dough hook attachment and read the instruction manual supplied with the console to tell you how long to knead and how fast.

KitchenAid stand mixer worth the price?
According to the magazine Cook's Illustrated, the best stand mixer is not KitchenAid is the DeLonghi. I think it's about the same price as the top of the line KitchenAid. I have no space on the kitchen counter aid mixer, but I can cook time. I need a new blender. What do you think is better hand mixer ... Why?
Well, if you can not get the help of cooking (which really worth the sacrifice in space, if cooking a lot), I use a Black and Decker for small things! Incediable has the power and it works very well for all sizes of jobs. Personally, I could not live without my help, but cooking! Top Greetings!
