Using a mixer to make cookies?

I can make cookies a few days for my family, it goes without saying that doing tons batches. For Christmas, I received a KitchenAid stand mixer and each batch of cookies I made with it have been clearer and less tender when you use a blender or mix by hand. I use the same recipe I always use. Is there any reason using stand mixer to make cookies less sweet?

You may be overworking the dough. Since you have a drummer who could be the ingredients in the bowl and do something else now that you do not have foreseen. I use a KitchenAid well. I can measure all the ingredients of my time with containers and ready to use. Once everything is measured to begin mixing. I can mix only as needed. Firing hundreds of cookies for Christmas and I have no problem with the texture. I love my mixer and I do not know what without it. Good luck.

stand mixer kitchenaid or Cuisinart?

not yet decided any information would be appreciated

I used both and both are great mixers. KitchenAid great advantage is all the attachments, you can get for it. Cuisnart any accessories for your console if you get the most large mixer and food processor attachments. Go through the kitchen that is neo disappointed. I KitchenAid because that is what has been the best at this time. Now there are many more stand mixers available, but ill put my money and knowledge KitchenAid.

Has anyone used the Hamilton Beach mixer?

Simal is a KitchenAid stand mixer that has the "plantetary" movement and the same type of mixing blades.

I had one for years, with all accessories (blender, mill, etc.), and I loved it. It got so old that I could not get spare parts. I would buy another, but inherited a Bosch. Bosch works well, but I Hamilton Beach prefers.

What are the mixers orbit a good record there?

I want to buy a mixer with a mixture of action in orbit. I just just the kitchen when I have the opportunity and a hand mixer that you use regularly. I wonder what else is on the market other than kitchen help and what are its advantages and disadvantages. I found that Cuisinart and Hamilton Beach than similar products. So far, I information on KitchenAid, and correct me if I'm wrong. Advantages: Reliable, comes in different colors with many attachments, works like a dream, made in the factories of the United States with (mostly) a good working environment Instead, Disadvantages: Expensive, what everyone does anyone have / do not own a Cuisinart or blender Hamilton Beach you can talk?

I researched those too, hehe. There are two golf courses KitchenAid users - those who dislike the brand or really love. The 5-Qt. traditional model seems to have no bad comments especially on the engine quit while using, but the person above me likes the model. Sunbeam and Cuisinart brands are good.
