Stand Mixer Kitchenaid 5 Quart

Is it the power to indicate that energy?

I have a KitchenAid mixer series stand, ranging from 4.5 quarts to 6 liters. The powers of these mixers varies. What is more baffling is 5 to 6-quart mixers seem to have less energy in the mixture of pure quart machine 4.5. This leads me to believe that the classification My 250 watt blender 4.5 quarts has nothing to do with real power, compared to My 325-watt mixer Fourth 5, which can effectively stop all mixed up, exactly the same amount of dough that the 4.5 fourth. So what is the purpose of qualifying if not for state power. Energy is not the same as the power, I think it is the purpose of indicating the number of watts.

Power itself is power in terms of electricity, but it is more involved than the power of their situation, whether it refers to mechanical energy, then there are other factors first ... such as design, direction, engine type, speed, etc.
